3. Use of Photographs and Content
By agreeing to collaborate with Minettes, you grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license for Minettes to use your photographs and any content generated during the photo shoots in the following ways:
- Publication on our website and social networks.
- Promotional use in digital or print marketing campaigns.
- Sale of photographs on own or third-party platforms as part of the services and products offered by Minettes.
- Exhibition of creative projects related to the Minettes brand.
This license includes the right for Minettes to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display and market the images without geographical or time limitations.
4. Consent to Publication
By participating in photo shoots organised by Minettes, you acknowledge and agree that your photographs will be used for the purposes mentioned above. This authorisation is irrevocable and will be valid for an indefinite period.
5. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the photographs, videos and any other content generated during the photo shoots will remain the property of Minettes. This includes their use on third party platforms and any modification or editing of the content.
6. Image Protection
Minettes is committed to ensuring that the use of photographs and content is in line with the brand's values and respect for the people involved. Use of content for offensive, illegal or unprofessional purposes is not permitted.
7. User Responsibilities
By submitting your details or participating in a photo shoot with Minettes, you warrant that:
- You are over 18 years old and have the necessary legal consent.
- You are the legitimate owner of the rights to the data and/or photographs you share.
- All information provided is true and accurate.
8. Cancellation of Participation
If you decide not to continue with the collaboration process, you can request that your data be deleted from our database before the images are published. Once the photographs are used, their deletion will not be possible.
9. Modifications to the Terms
Minettes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
